Building with triple entrance on the main square of the town, it is divided into two floors, with an overall surface of about 230 square meters, and it requires a number of extraordinary maintenance work. The ground floor, used in the past as a takeaway pizzeria, consists of one barrel vaulted room and two star vaulted ones, now assembled in a large commercial space of about 110 square meters, equipped with a large wood-burning oven and facilities. An uncovered atrium and a mezzanine warehouse complete the floor. The first floor, with an area of 120 square meters, consists of an entrance, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The entire building also has a sunny top area overlooking the town. Energy class under investigation.
